Good Afternoon.

I am very proud and honored to be with you today for the Grand Opening of your Hubbard College here in beautiful Venezuela!

The Hubbard College network was established more than 20 years ago, founded by L. Ron Hubbard to provide his administrative technology to the world. The administrative technology as developed by L. Ron Hubbard was so successful within his organizations, the demand to provide that same technology for businesses created the need for the Hubbard Colleges of Administration.

Today there are more than 200,000 organizations using this technology around the world. These organizations include governments, Fortune 500 corporations as well as medium and small businesses. It is the fastest growing, most widely used administrative technology in the world.

One of the key reasons for this is the focus on practical application.
